A: On time и in time
on time - вовремя, в срок, в назначенное время:
* The 11.45 train left on time.
Поезд на 11.15 отправился вовремя.
* "I'll meet you at 7.30." "OK, but please be on time."

* The conference was very well organized. Everything began and finished
on time.

Антонимом от on time является late:
* Be on time. Don't be late.

in time - вовремя, заблаговременно, своевременно, заранее.
* Will you be home in time for dinner?
Ты будешь дома к обеду?
* I've sent Jill her birthday present. I hope it arrives in time

* I must hurry. I want to get home in time to see the football match
on television.

B: At the end и in the end
At the end (of something)= в то время, когда что-то заканчивается.
Например:
at the end of the month at the end of January
at the end of the match at the end of the film
at the end of the course at the end of the concert
* Please help to stack up the plates at the end of the meal.
После еды помогите, пожалуйста, собрать тарелки.
* At the end of the meal, we all retired to the garden.
После обеда мы все вышли в сад.
* The stadium emptied at the end of the first day of athletics.

* I'm going away at the end of January.

* I'm going away at the end of the month.

* All the players shook hands at the end of the match.

( not "in the end of January" / "in the end of concert".)
Антонимом at the end является at the beginning:
at the beginning of January - в начале января.
at the beginning of the concert - в начале концерта.
In the end - в заключение, в конечном счете, в конце концов,
окончательно.
* We had a lot of problem with our car. In the end we sold it and
bought another one.

* She had it her own way in the end.
